About the Opportunity
As a Sr. VIP Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our base of VIP clients in Brazil. This role is focused on high net worth individuals, family offices and smaller corporate clients, driving our growth through partnerships and key client development.
What Youâll Be Doing

Primary goal: maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of VIP clients

Formulate an AUM strategy and revenue optimization based on the product offering of OKX
*
Work closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company
*
Lead our partnership work through identifying the right partners to work with plus executing any partnership negotiations
*
Manage relationships with high net worth individuals and key clients, ensuring positive customer experience
*
Build long lasting client relationships to obtain referrals and new sales channels - origination of new prospective clients
*
Proactive account management, work with operations to inform clients of potential roadblocks - frozen accounts, EDD etc.
