THE WORK: The Corporate Development team is responsible for strategically deploying capital to accelerate Ripple’s growth through high-impact partnerships, investments and acquisitions. We are seeking a seasoned, high-caliber professional to lead the execution of this global mandate and help to shape the future of the digital asset ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a passion for the cryptocurrency industry, is meticulous in their analysis, methodical, creative, and thorough in their problem-solving approach, and can easily build and grow relationships with internal and external partners. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Strategic Market Intelligence: Develop unique perspectives on key categories within the crypto ecosystem; curate research and market intelligence to identify critical shifts and communicate their strategic implications to leadership. * Cross-Functional Orchestration: Engage with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to qualify opportunities and refine Ripple’s areas of strategic interest. * Competitive Analysis: Develop perspectives on key competitors - evaluating relative strengths and weaknesses - to inform our broader business strategy. * End-to-End M&A and Investment Leadership: Lead the execution of acquisitions and investments by defining business needs, mapping market landscapes, engaging prospects, and developing robust business cases.
