About the role As a Software Engineering Intern at Forus, you will join our engineering team as an engineer, not as an observer. From your first weeks, you’ll ship production code, own meaningful technical problems, and build software that helps providers, patients, and life sciences organizations bring innovative therapies to more patients. Unlike a traditional internship, you’ll work on the same systems as our full-time engineers and contribute to the same codebase, engineering reviews, and technical discussions. You’ll work directly with experienced engineers, the head of engineering, and the CEO on some of the company’s highest-priority technical challenges, whether that’s provider-facing products, A I systems, life sciences platforms, growth acceleration, or infrastructure. This isn’t an internship spent building internal demos or isolated side projects. You will help build the platform that sits between scientific innovation and patient treatment, working on the products and AI systems that providers and biopharma depend on every day. We invest in exceptional interns differently than most companies.
