Legend Biotech is seeking a HR Operations, Contractor as part of the Human Resources team based in Bridgewater,NJ. Role Overview The HR Operations Contractor will primarily manage and respond to the HR mailbox, providing timely, accurate, and professional support to employees and internal stakeholders. This role will also maintain HR documentation, support onboarding and offboarding activities, assist with streamlined HR procedures, manage internal systems, and serve as a backup to the HR Operations Specialist as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and process-focused, with strong communication and customer service skills. A commitment to service excellence and HR best practices is essential. This role helps deliver a positive employee experience and supports the overall effectiveness of the HR Operations team.
