About the Programme This is a 12 month, structured development programme designed to prepare you for a future role as a Territory Manager. Starting from October 1st, 2026 you will be supported every step of the way through a combination of: Classroom and virtual learning On‑the‑job training and job shadowing Coaching from experienced colleagues Hands‑on experience with customers in real environments From day one you’ll gain exposure to customer operations, learn how to diagnose challenges, and develop practical solutions that improve safety, hygiene and sustainability. About the Division Within the Life Sciences division, Ecolab delivers advanced cleaning, disinfection and contamination control solutions to help customers ensure product quality, regulatory compliance and patient safety. Our solutions support pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and personal care manufacturers, as well as cleanroom and controlled environments across research, production and packaging facilities. What You Will Do: After completing your training, you will take ownership of an established customer territory, becoming a trusted partner and technical advisor to your customers. You will provide expert guidance on cleaning, disinfection and contamination control programs that help ensure regulatory compliance, protect product quality and support safe, efficient pharmaceutical and lifescience manufacturing environments.
