The Agency Growth Manager is responsible for driving the growth and development of Moloco agency business. This role involves enabling and managing agency account operation related teams, optimising agency campaigns, building strategic partnerships, and achieving business targets. The key responsibilities and competencies for this position include: Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Collaborate and consult with agencies and drive overall agency revenue growth. Expedite onboarding processes and increase overall agency onboarding efficiency Provide ongoing support to agencies to ensure sustained growth and client satisfaction including campaign optimization, data analysis and quarterly/annual business review. Build and execute training system for certificated agencies of Moloco. Data Analysis and Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, leadership, and go-to-market teams to offer strategic insights that inspire Moloco agency business growth. Work with legal, financial, go-to-market teams to develop strategic plans/trading agreements to grow agency partnerships. Key Competencies: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of Mobile Advertising experience, ideally in Account Management.
