Join us today and apply now! ※ This is a New Business Onboarding 'Account Manager' role, NOT a technical role. What You’ll Do Client Success & Relationship Management Serve as the day‑to‑day execution owner for new advertisers during implementation, managing campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting while escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed. Understand advertiser marketing objectives and support the execution of programmatic strategies to drive KPIs and early‑stage performance. Support client meetings, business reviews, and strategy discussions with guidance from Senior Implementation Managers and Sales / Growth leaders. Build strong, trust‑based relationships with client stakeholders through clear communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Implementation, Performance & Handover Configure and QA campaigns, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate setup and reliable measurement from the start. Analyze campaign performance data to identify issues, optimization opportunities, and early signals of product‑fit; share clear, actionable recommendations with clients and internal partners. Identify incremental growth opportunities within existing setups (e.g., budget increases, creative tests, new geo or placement trials) and surface them to senior team members or Sales/Growth partners.
