As an Advertising Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager (Senior for qualified experience) on the Hong Kong team, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and optimization expert for Taboola’s top agency partners, helping them unlock the full potential of the Realize platform. Your mission is to help clients maximize performance, uncover new growth opportunities, and drive ROI through actionable data insights and seamless campaign execution across Hong Kong’s dynamic advertising landscape. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related discipline. 5+ years of proven experience in account management or client success, preferably within a digital marketing agency or ad‑tech environment. Proven hands-on experience in digital ad optimization, with a strong performance-driven mindset. Advanced analytical abilities, with strong proficiency in Excel to generate data-driven insights and recommendations. Familiarity with Google and Meta advertising platforms. Native or fluent proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple agency relationships. The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in dynamic, fast-paced settings. Demonstrates a positive, collaborative attitude, actively supporting teammates and contributing to a respectful, solution‑focused work environment. Bonus points if you have Programmatic experience, and outbound experience is a plus. Experience working with or around self-serve ad platforms similar to Taboola’s Realize solution. How you’ll make an impact Serve as a strategic advisor and optimization specialist, guiding top-tier agency partners to unlock the full potential of Taboola’s Realize platform through best-in-class campaign strategies. Collaborate with agencies to actively review Realize platform data, spotting performance patterns, potential issues, and expansion opportunities through proactive monitoring. Guide agencies through Realize solution rollout and fine-tuning, from initial setup/ targeting recommendations and issue resolution to advanced optimizations.​ Foster long-term agency relationships via regular check-ins, QBRs, and upsell initiatives clearly tied to proven ROI and client growth. Lead hands-on training programs and interactive sessions on Realize best practices, covering topics such as audience targeting, performance scaling, and optimization workflows.
