The Team: Upstart’s Auto team is transforming automotive lending by building technology that creates a seamless experience for borrowers, dealers, lending partners, and investors. The team is responsible for enabling scalable loan originations while maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and investor confidence across the lifecycle of every funded loan. As the Funding Delivery Manager, Auto Loans, you will establish the operational foundation for funding delivery within Upstart's growing auto lending business. You will own the end-to-end funding delivery process, build scalable controls and reporting, and ensure funded loans consistently meet lending partner, investor, and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly improve funding performance while helping prepare the business for long-term growth under Upstart's bank charter. How you’ll make an impact
