The Role Zeta is undergoing a fundamental transformation with Athena - our AI engine - at the core. AthenaOS, the operating system that powers Athena, is evolving Zeta into a modular, AI-native platform delivering a suite of “Impossible Products”, including the next generation of Agentic Applications. We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, architecture, and governance of the Agentic Apps Framework and the ecosystem of certified applications built on AthenaOS. This leader will define how applications are created, managed, moderated, certified, and experienced across the Zeta platform. This role sits at the intersection of AI, platform architecture, governance, and enterprise application design and will define foundational patterns for years to come. What You Will Lead 1. Vision & Strategy for the Agentic Apps Ecosystem You will define the strategic direction for how agentic applications operate within AthenaOS, shaping standards for how apps are discovered, orchestrated, navigated, integrated, and governed across the platform. 2. Ownership of the AthenaOS Application Framework You will lead the OS-level constructs that underpin all applications in Athena - including: Application lifecycle standards Cross-application orchestration patterns Navigation, layout, and experience primitives Role and access inheritance models Foundational consistency across the entire suite of apps You will ensure all apps - human-built or AI-generated - adhere to a unified, enterprise-grade experience. 3.
