The Role We’re looking for a strong storyteller to lead Zeta’s editorial strategy and create content that helps Zeta reach new audiences. You’ll lead the evolution of Zeta’s blog — building it into a destination for product stories, insights, and perspectives. The blog will serve as a foundation for content that gets amplified across campaigns, social, and events to support top-of-funnel growth and pipeline. This role is responsible for defining the editorial strategy, content priorities, and storytelling approach for Zeta’s blog in partnership with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and other stakeholders across the business. This includes pitching ideas, writing original posts, and editing contributions from across the business, especially from Product Marketing teams — turning product updates, features, and ideas into clear, useful stories for specific audiences. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing and Growth Marketing to identify the most important stories to tell, align content to business priorities, and ensure execution against the editorial roadmap. This role sits within Corporate Marketing and plays a key role in how we show up in organic channels — building content with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) in mind, so it performs well in search and is surfaced, understood, and truste
d by LLMs. You’ll operate with a newsroom mindset — bringing ideas to the table and turning them into high-quality content quickly and consistently. While this is a hands-on content role, it also requires strong cross-functional leadership to align stakeholders, prioritize opportunities, and guide content from concept through publication.
