We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented industry marketing and events professional who is passionate about creating engaging experiences that bring brands and communities together. This role supports a range of marketing initiatives — from industry conferences and sponsorship activations to client meetings and curated hospitality experiences — helping drive meaningful engagement with Zeta’s customers and prospects. The ideal candidate will be both creatively driven and operationally strong, with a focus on executing marketing programs that help grow and connect Zeta to it’s Activation customers. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of high-value customer engagement opportunities around key industry events and marketing initiatives, including industry conferences, client entertaining, networking experiences, and one-to-one meetings for Zeta’s Activation team. You will partner closely with marketing and sales to help develop and execute integrated programs that drive brand awareness, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to pipeline generation, including support for Zeta’s annual conference, Zeta Live.
