Job Description: As our in-house Investigations Counsel - Asia Pacific and Japan, you will be responsible for managing, overseeing, conducting, and providing legal guidance on government investigations, as well as investigating allegations of violations of HPE's Standards of Business Conduct ("SBC"). You will report to the Director of Investigations for Asia Pacific and Japan in HPE’s Ethics & Compliance Office (“ECO”) and will be part of a global team managing external and internal investigations throughout the company. You will act as a crucial legal advisor to HPE internal clients or company lawyers, and you will recommend solutions that help address HPE clients’ objectives and represent HPE before industry policy-setting organisations, government agencies, and other regulatory bodies. Responsibilities: Conduct complex internal and external investigations on behalf of HPE's global SBC program and associated internal partners. Draft investigation reports for executive-level review and law enforcement engagement throughout the region. Be responsible for delivery on program goals and timelines within the regional SBC program. Establish and promote effective interregional investigation, operational cooperation, information sharing and coordination channels. Manage high volume & complex caseloads with little oversight. Provide support to the Director of Investigations for APJ and to other HPE partners (including but not limited to country and regional SBC teams, Legal, Internal Audit and IT Security) on SBC investigations.
