To support this mission, Syngenta’s Analytics & Data Sciences Team is seeking a Business Analyst. Syngenta is building the next generation of digital tools that transform how seeds are developed, tested, and brought to market globally. As a Business Analyst, you will sit at the center of that work — translating complex scientific and business needs into digital solutions that reach farmers worldwide. This role is expected to independently lead analysis efforts, working across business, product, and technical teams to drive clarity, alignment, and progress in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment. Accountabilities: Requirements & Backlog Ownership Own end-to-end requirements capture, refinement, and backlog management for assigned areas. Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned to product and technical constraints. Maintain strong traceability from requirements → development → testing → release. Workflow & Process Design Lead workflow and process design across complex, cross-functional use cases. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in proposed workflows and drive alignment to resolution. Work across stakeholders to standardize and simplify processes where possible. Ensure workflows are scalable across crops, regions, and user groups. UAT & User Readiness Define and support execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
