This is a senior role with a high technical bar. We're looking for someone who can independently own complex projects end-to-end, deeply understand user needs and product goals, and ship frontend systems that meaningfully advance product quality, user experience, and business outcomes. What you'll do Build and own high-quality frontend experiences for Atria's AI Agent product, which demands relatively complex and forward-looking performance optimization and interaction design Translate ambiguous product intent, AI capabilities, and product logic into clear interaction models and implementation plans Drive end-to-end delivery from requirement clarification and solution design to implementation, launch, and iteration Use AI-native development workflows to accelerate iteration and tackle complex problems Operate with high ownership and independently carry complex, ambiguous projects through to delivery What we're looking for Strong proficiency with Next.js, React, and TypeScript — our core stack, with high fluency expected Solid experience with B2B frontend performance optimization , ideally on data-heavy or AI-driven products Proven ability to leverage AI to solve complex problems and independently own enti
