Position Overview As the UK Country Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth, market presence, and operational excellence across the United Kingdom. You will lead the execution of the local business strategy, ensuring sustainable user acquisition, revenue growth, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the cryptocurrency industry, a deep understanding of the UK market, strong commercial and marketing expertise, and the ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities Develop and execute the UK market strategy to drive business growth, user acquisition, market penetration, and revenue generation. Oversee all local business operations, ensuring alignment with global objectives and maintaining operational excellence. Lead marketing initiatives, brand awareness campaigns, community engagement, and strategic partnerships tailored to the UK market. Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, financial institutions, payment partners, industry associations, and other key stakeholders. Monitor developments in the UK cryptocurrency market, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment, identifying opportunities and mitigating business risks. Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Marketing, and Engineering teams to successfully launch and scale products in the UK.
