Let’s build what’s next — together. We are looking for a Country Manager to strengthen our presence in South Cone and help shape the next stage of our growth in the country. What your day-to-day will look like Develop and execute the growth strategy for the South Cone market, aligning local priorities with EBANX’s regional and global objectives. Identify business opportunities, assess market trends, and build data-driven business cases that support sustainable growth. Build and maintain strategic relationships with merchants, banks, acquirers, payment providers, fintechs, regulators, and other key ecosystem stakeholders. Act as the voice of the market internally, helping regional and global teams understand local opportunities, risks, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Lead and influence cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, Operations, Treasury, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and Account Management teams to drive business outcomes. Monitor business performance, investigate root causes behind key metrics, and coordinate solutions for commercial, operational, or financial challenges. Stay up to date with industry developments, regulatory changes, emerging payment solutions, and competitive movements across the region. Contribute to the continuous improvement of EBANX’s processes, ways of working, and use of technology, including AI-driven tools and solutions.
