Description
What this role really is Not another senior developer role. We're hiring a Principal Full-Stack Engineer — someone who writes excellent code and owns outcomes: leads projects end-to-end, sets technical direction, and helps other engineers get better. Your PRs, your design docs, and the way you run a project become the standard others follow. What you'll do Lead and own Lead complex projects from problem definition through architecture, delivery, and post-release monitoring — we trust you to make the calls Set technical standards: API contracts, data models, multi-tenant boundaries, performance targets, migration plans Shape how we plan, review, test, release, and respond to incidents — improve the process, don't just follow it Grow engineers through code review, pairing, design feedback, 1:1, and clear expectations. Help us hire Build and ship Full-stack features across React frontends, NestJS/GraphQL backend, PostgreSQL/ClickHouse data layers Fast UIs that stay responsive under real-time data load; dashboards that turn complex behavioral data into clear signals Secure integrations — BI engine, ML prediction engine, LLMs, billing, SSO, third-party APIs — with strict auth and tenant isolation Investigate production issues and lead incident response across NextGen and legacy systems The technical challenges Real problems on a security-sensitive platform: Multi-tenant SaaS and on-prem — one codebase, cloud and air-gapped enterprise installations Real-time, high-volume behavioral data — event streams and time-series analytics in interactive dashboards that stay fast under load Secure AI/ML integrations — LLM- and ML-powered features on sensitive user-behavior data, where tenant isolation and data handling can't leak Modernizing at scale — evolving NextGen while keeping legacy healthy and safely bridging the two Our stack Frontend: React 18 + TypeScript, TanStack Router, Apollo/GraphQL, Tailwind, AG Grid Enterprise, d3, Plotly, Vite, Vitest, Cypress, Playwright Backend: NestJS 10 on Node, GraphQL (Apollo), PostgreSQL + Knex, Redis + BullMQ, WebSockets, JWT/Passport/SAML SSO, OpenTelemetry, Sentry, New Relic, Nx monorepo, pnpm Platform: Docker, Ansible, TeamCity CI/CD, on-prem packaging pipelines You don't need every item. You do need the depth to pick up unfamiliar parts fast and own them.
