Description
With 1,000+ intelligence professionals serving over 1,900 clients worldwide, Recorded Future is the world’s most advanced, and largest, intelligence company! Recorded Future is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the core experiences analysts rely on to find, understand, and act on intelligence: search and query, the analysis views that surface results, Intelligence Cards, and the AI capabilities woven through all of them. This role sits at the center of how users interact with the Intelligence Graph. You'll shape how someone goes from a question to an answer—whether that's a structured query, a summarized entity view, or an AI-assisted workflow—and you'll be responsible for making these surfaces coherent, fast, and trustworthy for security analysts who work under time pressure and demand precision. We also expect this PM to be a power user of AI in their own workflow—building agents, using them to synthesize research and inputs, and accelerating how product requirements and analysis get produced. What You'll Do: Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for search, analysis views, and Intelligence Cards, grounded in analyst workflows and competitive dynamics. Partner closely with engineering, design, and data science to ship capabilities that are both powerful and legible to non-technical and expert users alike. Work with go-to-market and enablement teams to ensure new capabilities land with customers and internal stakeholders. Make deliberate decisions about where AI adds genuine value versus where it introduces noise or erodes trust—especially critical for an audience that scrutinizes automated output. Use quantitative signals and qualitative research to prioritize, measure impact, and iterate. What You'll Own The search and querying stack: from query construction through the analysis and results views that let analysts explore, pivot, and refine. Intelligence Cards: the summarized, entity-centric views that give analysts a fast read on a domain, IP, threat actor, vulnerability, or other entity—balancing density, clarity, and depth. AI integration across these surfaces: how summarization, natural-language querying, and assistive capabilities are embedded into search and entity views in ways analysts can rely on and verify. The connective tissue between these experiences—ensuring search, results, and cards feel like one system rather than separate tools. How You'll Work with AI: Build and orchestrate agents to automate parts of your own workflow—research synthesis, competitive monitoring, requirement drafting, and analysis.
