Check out the rest of our awards HERE. About the Role We're seeking an Associate Product Manager to drive high-impact initiatives across our Ads organization. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, analytics, and engineering with ownership across our entire ads portfolio from day one. You won't be siloed into a single feature; you'll drive initiatives that touch Ads Manager, creative workflows, mobile app install, ecommerce, CTV, measurement, and strategic partnerships. You'll operate with significant autonomy in a fast-paced environment, working directly with leadership to shape product direction across AppLovin's advertising ecosystem. A Day in the Life Design and launch new advertiser experiences across our ads products, including creative-first workflows, campaign management tools, and new ad formats. Own advertiser pilot programs by identifying early adopters, coordinating feedback across Product, Engineering, Design, and Client Strategy teams, and measuring uplift in key KPIs like usage and adoption. Experiment with ad experience formats and analyze performance data to determine what drives better outcomes for advertisers and users.
