Role Scope Own interview coord ination end to end: schedule and manage complex, multi-stakeholder interviews across formats, time zones, and roles with zero dropped balls. Deliver a white-glove candidate experience as the primary point of contact through the interview process, responsive and clear at every touchpoint. Keep the machine running: anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, logistical issues, and process bottlenecks before they become problems. Maintain data integrity: own accurate, up-to-date candidate records and workflow tracking in the ATS. Support the TA team operationally, partnering with Partners and Sourcers on the tasks that keep pipelines healthy and hiring moving. Spot friction in the process, flag it, and help build better workflows, leaving every system better than you found it.
