Key Responsibilities Review of Critical Infrastructure Contracts Lead legal review and negotiation of B2B partnership agreements, including those with card networks (e.g., Mastercard), cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS), banking partners, and KYC/AML solution providers (e.g., Concéadus). Ensure alignment with Bybit’s commercial and operational requirements. Legal Advisory to Business Units Provide legal guidance to the Cards and Growth business units on regulatory and commercial risks associated with infrastructure and partnership deals. Propose risk-based solutions to support timely deal execution while protecting Bybit’s legal interests. Infrastructure Due Diligence Conduct legal due diligence on prospective infrastructure partners to assess their ability to meet contractual obligations, particularly around key representations, warranties, and service capabilities. Ongoing Partnership Governance Monitor ongoing obligations under critical infrastructure agreements and ensure that relevant stakeholders a re advised of their responsibilities.
