Capable of leading UX/UI design for Crypto trading products, while leveraging qualitative research to drive design decisions — covering the full loop, from identifying problems to delivering solutions. Key Responsibilities Product Design: Lead UX/UI design for Crypto trading products across Web and mobile platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery. User Research: Plan and conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to uncover user behaviors and needs. Insight-Driven Decision Making: Translate research findings into actionable design solutions and product recommendations that shape product direction.
