About the Programme This is a 12 month, structured development programme designed to prepare you for a future role as a Territory Manager. Starting from October 1st, 2026 you will be supported every step of the way through a combination of: Classroom and virtual learning On‑the‑job training and job shadowing Coaching from experienced colleagues Hands‑on experience with customers in real environments From day one you’ll gain exposure to customer operations, learn how to diagnose challenges, and develop practical solutions that improve safety, hygiene and sustainability. About the Division Within the Water division (Nalco Water, an Ecolab company), Ecolab delivers water treatment, process and digital water management solutions to help customers improve operational performance, protect critical assets and advance sustainability goals. Our solutions support customers across industrial, manufacturing, food and beverage processing, power generation, energy, mining, data-centers and commercial facilities, from water intake through reuse and discharge. What You Will Do: After completing your training, you will take ownership of an established customer territory, becoming a trusted partner and technical advisor to your customers. You will provide expert guidance on water treatment, process optimisation and digital water management programs that help improve operational performance, protect critical assets and support safe, efficient and sustainable customer operations.
