The Challenge The Program Manager, R&D will partner with the Chief of Staff to the Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) to drive the operational rhythm of the R&D organization. This role runs cross-functional programs, coordinates executive forums, and delivers content and communications that help R&D leadership move faster and more effectively. The role reports to the Chief of Staff to the CTPO and partners closely with the Executive Assistant and R&D VPs. You Will Program & Initiative Management Track and report on strategic initiatives owned by R&D VPs, maintaining visibility into status, risks, and dependencies; surface blockers and drive accountability across owners. Run point on cross-functional R&D programs (e.g., adoption initiatives, organizational health programs), including operating cadence, milestone tracking, and stakeholder reporting. Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and operating mechanisms that give the CTPO and VP staff a clear view of progress against commitments. Maintain investment, event, and initiative trackers (e.g., BTL investments, partner events, POC tracking) to support cross-team prioritization and decision-making.
