The Director of Product, Channel Infrastructure and Mobile will lead shared infrastructure for all channels, with deep ownership of email, push, and in-app messaging. This leader will advance robust, global infrastructure and manage the full product lifecycle, focusing on mobile ecosystems (iOS, Android, and SDKs). You will own the strategic roadmap and collaborate across engineering, design, and marketing to deliver impactful customer solutions. Influence how top brands communicate at scale within a fast-growing company. You will work with industry leaders to foster a culture of innovation and excellence aligned with Klaviyo’s values. How You’ll Make a Difference Define, develop, and execute a strategic roadmap for Klaviyo's messaging platforms to enhance their scalability and performance across multiple channels. This effort will directly support our mission of customer data ownership. Lead cross-functional teams to innovate and implement new features in mobile ecosystems, increasing our value proposition for iOS and Android. Strengthening these platforms will fortify Klaviyo's leadership in the market. Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation through delivery, ensuring product offerings meet high-quality standards and align with customer expectations.
