In the role of Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead the team responsible for crafting, delivering, and scaling the Payments Orchestration layer. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring our Payments products can move with speed and integrity while meeting the strict demands of a regulated global business. This is a high-leverage opportunity where you will manage a critical, large, and high-performing team. You will own the strategic evolution of the Payments Orchestration vision and deliver core capabilities that ensure Ripple’s customer experiences are secure, compliant, and globally scalable. What You’ll Do Develop, hire and lead a high-performing engineering team dedicated to the Payments Orchestration — defining its culture, standards, and ways of working. Partner with Product, Operations, Services, Compliance, and other engineering teams to deliver capabilities that power customer facing APIs from the payment processing framework. Build for global scale — enabling payments orchestration that meet diverse regulatory requirements and operational needs across multiple geographies. Define and implement a technical roadmap balancing near-term delivery with long-term architectural durability. Champion engineering excellence in design, testing, security, observability, and operational practices.
