The Team: Upstart's Lifecycle Marketing team is responsible for creating personalized customer experiences that help borrowers take the next step in their financial journey. The team combines marketing strategy, experimentation, analytics, and technology to build programs that drive measurable business outcomes across the customer lifecycle. As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Core Products, you will own the strategy and performance of lifecycle marketing programs for prior Personal Loan applicants. You'll develop and optimize multi-channel customer journeys that increase engagement and funded loans while partneri
ng closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Creative, and Product Marketing to deliver scalable, data-driven growth.
