This role provides the strategic direction and vision to the Operations functions and customer experience teams. The ideal candidate will drive excellence across the operations organization with a focus on on-time delivery of high-quality products. They will also support and drive actions for a culture of safety and employee engagement. This role reports directly to the VP & General Manager of Vestcom.
