Onboarding Coordinator

About the role As an Onboarding Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our newly signed operator partners successfully launch with Playson as quickly and smoothly as possible. Acting as the bridge between Sales, Technical Integration, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Account Management, you'll coordinate every stage of the onboarding journey from contract signature through to go-live. This is a unique opportunity that combines project management, customer relationship management and commercial execution. You'll manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, working closely with operators, aggregators and internal stakeholders to remove blockers, keep projects on track and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience. Success in this role is measured by your ability to drive projects forward, shorten time-to-launch and ensure every customer begins their partnership with Playson in the best possible way.
