As a Healthcare Advocate, you'll own complex medical billing and insurance cases from start to finish. Our AI handles the initial intake so you can focus on the part that matters most—solving problems, advocating for users, and helping people navigate one of the most frustrating systems they'll ever encounter. You'll work on a small, collaborative team where your ideas help shape our product, processes, and the future of Granted. Naturally, look for ways to improve products and processes instead of accepting "that's how it's always been." Enjoy testing new ideas and experimenting with better ways of working.
