Repo
rting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role provides administrative and operational support to the Executive Leadership Team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, company events, and cross-functional initiatives. The position also oversees the day-to-day operation of the headquarters, ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for employees, customers, partners, and visitors. This individual serves as a trusted partner to the 8 members of the executive team, balancing executive support with office operations in a fast-paced, high-growth cybersecurity company. Work Location Location: Orlando, Florida (Headquarters) This is an in-office position based at SimSpace's corporate headquarters in Orlando.
