Overview The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the Company's regulated operations in El Salvador. The role provides strategic, operational, and governance oversight across all licensed activities, ensuring the business operates in a safe, compliant, and commercially sustainable manner while maintaining strong relationships with regulators, banking partners, and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management and oversight of the Company's VASP and EMI operations in El Salvador. Execute the local business strategy in alignment with Group objectives and regulatory requirements.
