Reporting to the VP of Business Applications, in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our primary people systems (Workday, Greenhouse, and ancillary systems within People Systems landscape); working with the People Team to plan and execute our HRIS strategy; as well as supporting the organization with systems-related inquiries and enhancements. This role works very closely with all levels of the company, including the leadership team, and must have prior Workday HCM configuration experience and deep Workday architecture familiarity. This role is 100% remote with the option to work at any of our local offices. What you’ll do: Participate in People Team Leadership meetings (and others as needed) to ensure clear communication relative to project timelines, deliverables and cross-functional dependencies Provide technical and functional leadership for the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of new features and functionalities within Workday, and other ancillary systems Collaborate with leaders from the People Team, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions Configure, test, validate, and implement changes in Workday, ensuring the overall integrity of the Workday platform and that all components of the technical architecture are properly integra ted and maintained Create and maintain the documentation of systems related procedures and processes; develop user guides as needed Manage and develop a team of analysts, setting...
