Learn more at www.doubleverify.com. As a Sr. Programmatic Trader, Scibids, at DV, you will be the primary point of contact for clients post-sale. You will oversee the execution and performance of both pilot and business-as-usual (BAU) campaigns, ensuring seamless client experience, strong campaign results, and continuous growth through upselling opportunities. You’ll work closely with Sales and Presales teams to deliver a cohesive customer journey and act as the voice of the client within DV Scibids. What You'll Do On a day to day basis, your responsibilities will specifically include: Campaign Management Leveraging Scibids AI technology, manage Pilot campaigns during testing phase & BAU campaigns after client is scaled. Monitor and troubleshoot campaign setup and performance within DSPs and ensure campaigns run effectively and smoothly. Client Communication & Relationship Building Be the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing day-to-day support. Maintain consistent client communication to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns. Provide general education, campaign insights and performance recommendations regularly.
