In the Operations team at EBANX, you don’t just oversee processes. You ensure that every step of our solution runs accurately, efficiently, and reliably, impacting millions of transactions worldwide. As a Delivery Manager, you will orchestrate high-impact integration projects with some of EBANX’s most strategic merchants. You will bridge business and technology, ensuring flawless execution, exceptional customer experience, and seamless collaboration across multiple internal teams while delivering tailored payment solutions. What your day-to-day will look like Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic integration projects, providing a white-glove experience for key merchants and ensuring successful project execution from kickoff to go-live. Define, document, and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for API and payment integration initiatives. Act as the primary point of coordination between Engineering, Product, Compliance, Tax, Commercial teams, and Merchants, driving alignment and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with Solution Architects and technical teams to coordinate API specifications, SDKs, credentials, testing, and custom technical requ
irements. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, leading governance ceremonies and ensuring timely escalation and mitigation. Coordinate go-live readiness, including monitoring, alerting, validation checklists, and rollout plans, while partnering with Technical Account Managers to ensure post-launch success.
