Essential Job Duties We’re seeking an experienced Chief Architect to lead the architectural design of a robust, scalable, and secure technology platform. As the Chief Architect at BambooHR, you will be responsible for defining the architectural vision, prioritizing architectural and platform-level technology investments, and sponsoring growth of a high-performing architecture team. You will report to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and work with VP’s of engineering, developers, product, business intelligence, security and Information Technology (IT) teams. Your expertise in Software as a Service (SaaS) architecture, deep knowledge of cloud tech, and competencies in creating a strategic vision, will be the driving force of BambooHR’s technology transformation, including the strategic integration and advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives.
