The Opportunity 🚀 Carrot is hiring an Associate HR Business Partner to provide operational, front-line HR support across all business units in close alignment with our Strategic HRBPs. As the primary point of contact for core HR intake and manager inquiries, you will manage a wide range of talent activities, including employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, and program execution. Serving as a key liaison with People Ops, you will drive daily resolution on people matters while using Strategic HRBPs as sounding boards and escalation points for higher-complexity issues. This role is built for a rising HR professional ready to scale their impact. By gaining exposure to all business units and learning directly from Strategic HRBPs & leaders, you will build the foundation needed to step into a full HRBP role within 1-2 years, complete with direct ownership of a dedicated business unit.
