The Challenge As a Senior Development Manager, you will lead the engineering teams responsible for transforming strategic customer insights into scalable platform capabilities across OneTrust's AIReady Governance Platform. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Customer Engineering, Architecture, and Software Development, with responsibility for building the next generation of capabilities spanning Privacy, Consent, Risk, AI Governance, and Compliance solutions. You will lead multipl e engineering teams, establish technical direction, scale modern engineering practices, and drive execution against some of OneTrust's most strategic customer commitments.
