Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Manager to lead our Workday team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Workday system management, optimization, and support, ensuring its effective utilization across the organization. The Senior Manager will lead a team of Workday specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Workday professionals, including performance management, coaching, and career development. Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday modules, including HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday. Collaborate with various departments (e.g., People Operations, Total Rewards, People Business Partners, etc.) to understand their Workday needs and implement solutions. Familiarity with Agile and confident in leading a team using Agile principles Develop and implement Workday-related policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage Workday security roles and permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels. Act as a primary point of contact for Workday system inquiries and issues, escalating to Workday support as needed.
