About Binance Accelerator Program Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. Responsibilities Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under the guidance of senior engineers Learn and integrate mainstream AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into your daily development workflow Assist in translating product requirements into working implementations with reduced handoff friction between frontend and backend Act as a full stack "seed learner" within the team — absorb full stack practices, contribute ideas, and grow into an autonomously delivering full stack engineer Observe cross-team collaboration processes and proactively suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows Contribute to the product lifecycle — from design to deployment and iteration Requirements
