About the Role We are looking for experienced and commercially minded Talent Acquisition professionals to join our global Talent Acquisition team. As a Global Talent Acquisition Lead / Expert, you will serve as the strategic hiring advisor to designated business units, partnering closely with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent strategy, executive hiring, and organizational growth. This role is expected to own talent strategy for designated business units, not simply execute recruitment requests. Beyond delivering hires, you will be expected to provide market intelligence, influence hiring decisions, challenge assumptions, and help leaders build high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Strategic Talent Partnership Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for assigned business units, providing strategic hiring support and talent advisory. Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand organizational priorities, workforce plans, and hiring needs.
