Role Overview We are seeking a senior MLRO & Compliance Officer to lead the compliance and financial crime function for our ADGM-licensed Broker Dealer entity. This role carries dual responsibility — serving as both the Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) — and will be pivotal in building, embedding, and overseeing a robust regulatory framework in line with FSRA expectations. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who combines deep knowledge of ADGM/FSRA regulation with the commercial acumen to work closely with business stakeholders across trading, product, and operations.
