This role oversees and develops a team of Campaign Managers, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality in campaign setup, execution, and delivery. This position owns resource planning, revenue forecasting, and performance tracking, ensuring business continuity while continuously improving processes and workflows. Success in this role requires strong accountability, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to lead quality and exceptional client service. The Director will act as a subject matter expert, building trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners.
