Based on the specific needs and job requirements, this role will be working out of our Bombas HQ in New York City. About the Job: We are looking for a driven, meticulous and resourceful transactional lawyer to join our Legal Team as our Corporate Counsel, reporting directly to our SVP of Legal. The ideal candidate has 4-6+ years of relevant experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house at a consumer-facing eCommerce business. This role will support a variety of internal legal matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, advising on corporate, privacy and employment matters, and assisting in the management of Bombas's IP portfolio. Beyond substantive legal work, this person will leverage technology and automation to play a pivotal role in modernizing how the team operates.
