About the Role The IT Manager will oversee daily IT operations, ensure the reliability and security of our systems, and lead support efforts across the organization. This role requires strong technical expertise, clear communication skills, and a highly proactive approach to both problem-solving and project execution. The ideal candidate anticipates issues before they arise, drives improvements, and takes full ownership of their work from start to finish. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Oversee day-to-day IT operations to ensure system stability, security, and optimal performance. Manage and prioritize IT support tickets, ensuring fast, effective resolution with proactive follow-through. Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues. Maintain and improve IT infrastructure, including networks, identity management, security tools, and device management.
