Engagement Fellow Boston University Hillel Role Overview The Engagement Fellow is a central builder of Jewish student life at Boston University Hillel, helping students find connection, meaning, and community through relationships, Shabbat and holiday experiences, and creative programming. This role is ideal for someone who feels genuinely excited about BU Hillel’s mission and eager to bring that energy to students every day. This is a highly relational, student-facing role. The Fellow serves as a consistent and welcoming presence in students’ lives, creating spaces that are uplifting, inclusive, and rooted in genuine care. Through one-on-one connections and group experiences, the Fellow empowers students to explore their Jewish identity and build community on their own terms.
