Position Overview The Associate Security Specialist supports the execution of day-to-day security operations to ensure a safe, secure, and compliant environment across assigned facilities. Acting as a frontline team lead, the role provides operational guidance to security personnel, supports access control and site security activities, responds to security incidents, and ensures adherence to established security procedures and protocols. The position contributes to the effective delivery of security services through proactive monitoring, coordination, reporting, and escalation of security-related matters. Key Responsibilities · Support the Supervisor in managing assigned posts, team members, and daily security activities. · Act as the first point of coordination for guards or post personnel during the shift and ensure duties are carried out according to post orders. · Monitor access control points, visitor or contractor entry, badge verification, vehicle movement, material gate pass activity, or reception security tasks when assigned.
