This is a rare opportunity to build a compliance function from the ground up inside a fast-moving healthcare company operating at the center of Medicaid and Medicare high needs population care management. You'll be the person who thrives at the intersection of rigorous regulatory knowledge and startup pragmatism: someone who understands the rules deeply enough to know where there's genuine room to move, and disciplined enough to know where there isn't. You won't sit apart from the business flagging risk after the fact. You will partner directly with engineering, operations, clinical, and growth teams (and others) to design compliant processes without slowing the company down.
