The Opportunity at Komodo Health The Engineering and Product Operations team is the execution engine for Komodo's Technology and Product organization. We drive cross-functional execution across Product and Engineering, manage a high volume of beta programs across the product portfolio, and own the analytics foundation that scales as Komodo's product footprint grows. This Senior Product TPM sits at the center of product and engineering execution, owning programs that span multiple teams and directly shape how and when customers experience new capabilities. You will partner closely with Engineering Leads, Product Managers, and external partners to drive delivery at scale. Your impact will be felt across every product milestone Komodo ships. Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have accomplished… Delivered 2+ major product programs on time, with clear milestones, exec-level visibility, and measurable outcomes. Built and run a scaled beta program with external partners, from recruitment through exit criteria and feedback synthesis. Established program frameworks and operating rhythms that improved execution across Product Engineering. Earned trust as a strategic thought partner to Engineering Leads, PMs, and senior leadership. Reduced execution entropy across your programs by proactively resolving cross-team dependencies and blockers.
